This notice covers browsing hinre.it and www.hinre.it, enquiries and HINRE | Prima di Comprare, described in its dedicated section below. Other property transactions and professional engagements may require additional notices.

Data used

Browsing generates technical data, including IP address, request, time, result and browser information, processed by the infrastructure to deliver and protect the website. When you contact us, HINRE receives the contact details and information you choose to provide. Contacting us is optional; without the necessary contact details we cannot reply.

The Contact form prepares an email on your device. Its fields are not automatically sent to HINRE. You choose Gmail or your email application and send the message yourself. Please avoid health information, payment-card numbers, identity documents or unnecessary information about other people.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to enquiries and taking steps before a contract: GDPR Article 6(1)(b); for general correspondence, the legitimate interest in managing communications, Article 6(1)(f).
• Operation, restricted access and security: legitimate interest in protecting the service, Article 6(1)(f), and applicable legal obligations, Article 6(1)(c).
• Optional statistics: consent under Article 6(1)(a), which can be changed in cookie preferences. HINRE’s counter stores daily page totals, without storing IP addresses, emails, visitor identifiers or search parameters in its statistics database. Infrastructure providers’ technical logs are separate.

HINRE does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. No HINRE advertising-profiling system is active.

Local features, sign-in and planned services

Saved properties and reading lists are stored in your browser when you request that feature. FAQ questions are processed within the page and are not sent to HINRE or an AI model. Language selection and back navigation use technical browser storage.

The backoffice is restricted. Sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication: after authorisation the platform may provide an identifier, email and available profile details. The website uses the identifier and email to check access rights. Signing in does not grant management access.

Real newsletter subscriptions, automated emails and automatic CRM synchronisation are not active. Making an enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional messages. The Bussola is a separate environment reached through a link; please also read its notices.

Recipients, providers and external links

Data may be processed by the controller and providers necessary for website hosting, security and email. Publication uses ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI) and Cloudflare infrastructure; domain and email services remain managed through Keliweb and HINRE’s email services. Visitor data is not offered for sale.

Opening WhatsApp, Gmail, maps, Amazon or the Bussola takes you to that service, which has its own privacy terms. These links do not automatically subscribe you or send your information to the entire professional network. Sharing data for a particular property matter is addressed as part of that relationship.

Processing locations and retention

Infrastructure and external-service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable locations and safeguards depend on the service and relevant agreements. Messages are retained as needed to reply and handle the enquiry. If a professional engagement follows, retention depends on contractual purposes, legal obligations and protection of legal rights. Infrastructure logs follow the providers’ technical retention periods. Browser-storage durations and deletion are explained in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@hinre.it. HINRE responds within GDPR time limits, normally one month, subject to applicable extensions. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority or another competent supervisory authority.

HINRE | Prima di Comprare

For this service we process your name, contact details, purchase and payment status, property information, priorities, budget, negotiation stage and relevant materials you choose to upload. Processing is necessary to perform your contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), meet administrative and tax obligations (6(1)(c)) and protect legal rights (6(1)(f)). Necessary information is required to prepare the report; no separate marketing consent is required to use the purchased service.

The questionnaire uses Jotform. HINRE’s previously documented configuration stores form data in Jotform’s European data centre. Payments use Stripe: HINRE receives purchase and payment-status information, not full card details for processing the transaction. See Jotform privacy information and Stripe privacy information. These are separate external services with their own browser-storage rules.

HINRE may use generative AI to organise and analyse relevant information, with professional review of the report. The previously documented workflow uses temporary ChatGPT conversations and minimises or removes unnecessary personal details. This does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects automatically. Do not upload unnecessary identity documents, signatures, bank details or third-party personal data. Operational questionnaires, attachments and property documents are ordinarily retained for at most 90 days after delivery of the report, as specified in HINRE’s previous service notice, except for information needed for legal, accounting, tax or legal-rights purposes. Provider retention and international transfers are governed by the relevant service arrangements. Purchasing or completing the questionnaire does not subscribe you to marketing.
