Service and limits

“HINRE | Prima di Comprare” is a personalised preliminary review of one property, based on your questionnaire and available materials, delivered as a PDF by email. It identifies points to investigate and questions to ask; it is not an inspection, certified valuation or technical, legal, tax, notarial or mortgage advice. It does not certify property compliance or guarantee a purchase outcome. No mediation appointment is created by this purchase.

Price, purchase and delivery

The advertised price is €29 for one property, with the total shown before payment in Stripe checkout. This is a single purchase, not a subscription. Check the description, total and email before confirming payment. HINRE checks payment and requires a complete questionnaire and necessary information. The PDF is sent within three working days after receipt of complete information and lawful commencement of the service. Missing information must be supplied before analysis can be completed. A PDF reader and an accessible email address are needed.

Withdrawal and early commencement

If you are a consumer purchasing remotely, you normally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send an explicit statement to info@hinre.it or the address above, identifying yourself and the purchase. No special wording is required. Example: “I withdraw from my purchase of HINRE | Prima di Comprare made on [date], email [email], reference [if available]. Name, address and date.”

Starting within that period requires your separate express request. The questionnaire currently includes that request and acknowledgement that the right is lost only after full performance, where legal conditions are met. Merely paying, opening a link or accepting general terms does not waive withdrawal. If you prefer to wait, contact HINRE before submitting the early-start request; the delivery period begins after the withdrawal period and receipt of complete information.

If you withdraw after a validly requested early start and before completion, only a lawful proportionate amount for work actually performed may be due. Any refund due is made within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without cost. Statutory exceptions and protections remain applicable.

Support and applicable rights

For delivery problems, corrections, cancellation or complaints, contact info@hinre.it with the purchase email and reference. Do not send card details. Italian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections, including any applicable consumer forum. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to this page do not retrospectively change an earlier contract.
