A CLOSER LOOK AT THE SOUTH
More room for outdoor living.
Seafront walks, golf, outdoor activities and the chance to spend the winter months on the island. Southern Tenerife invites you to change pace, with different settings and services to discover in person.
01
A climate that invites you out
At AEMET’s Tenerife South station, historical monthly average temperatures range from 18.4 °C in January to 24.7 °C in August. These are averages for 1981–2010, not guaranteed temperatures: wind, altitude and local microclimates matter.
A base for personal stays, a home for longer visits or somewhere to share with family. Choose services, distance from the sea, transport and neighbourhood with everyday life in mind, not just holidays.
03
Opportunities to be measured
A property may generate income if the intended use is permitted and the figures make sense. We assess demand, costs and management with local colleagues: there is no standard return or guaranteed occupancy.
These three listings from the old website illustrate property types handled in the past. They are historical examples, with no prices or confirmed availability. We will work with colleagues on the island to find current properties that suit your needs and budget.
From Italy, we coordinate with colleagues on the island. You choose how much support you want: we set out activities, responsibilities and fees in a quotation before we begin.
01
Property selection and agent introduction
We establish your budget and priorities, request proposals from local colleagues, prepare an initial shortlist and introduce you to an agent on the island. Availability and terms are reconfirmed before viewings.
A concrete example
Prefer to organise your own trip? Share your total budget and the type of home you want. Receive a shortlist to consider and an introduction to the colleague who will handle viewings.
02
Accommodation and coordinated viewings
Alongside property selection, we can help find accommodation for your viewing trip and coordinate appointments with colleagues. Accompaniment during travel is agreed separately.
A concrete example
Have a few days available? We agree dates and areas, look for accommodation that suits your preferences, and arrange meetings and viewings of the selected properties.
03
All-inclusive support
A personalised journey from the initial discussion to completion: property selection, accommodation and viewing coordination, accompaniment if agreed, discussion of proposals and liaison with local professionals through signing and handover.
A concrete example
If you would like a single point of coordination, we can build a programme to support you through each stage, with clear roles for the local agent, lawyer, surveyor and tax advisers.
The quotation sets out exactly what is included.
The cost depends on duration, activities, time spent on the island and your choices. “All-inclusive” describes the scope of the agreed support: does not mean that the purchase price, taxes, commissions, professional fees, flights and accommodation are automatically included. Services provided by qualified professionals are covered by separate appointments and fees.
Help finding accommodation and logistical support are available on request. Where necessary, bookings, travel contracts and related safeguards will be agreed with authorised travel operators. You are not buying a package holiday here.
To prepare a useful search, tell us your goal, total budget, intended periods of use and preferred level of support. If you want to visit the island, add approximate dates and the number of people. You do not need to have chosen an area yet.
We will help you to distinguish wishes, possibilities and checks to be made before deciding.
